I need help with graphics and putting our artwork into the correct format can you help?

At no extra cost the swimming specialist’s team is able to assist with logo design and development. Our internal graphics design team remains up-to date with industry standards and can assist you in anyway. Including Logo placement, Font size and type, rearranging your artwork, best cap type selection, best print colour, putting your logo into the correct format etc etc.

What are the Cap Order Terms?

  • Min units for silicone and latex caps 50 per print and colour cap
  • Min order per print 100 though can mix sizes ie 30 x xsmall 40 x small 30 small
  • Prices ex gst
  • Screen contribution is FREE
  • Delivery charge $15 for Australin orders and international will be provided on best freight price depending on destination
  • 50% deposit with order, balance on delivery
  • Acceptance: all orders and artwork will receive official notice of acceptance once suitable artwork and order is confirmed.
  • Delivery: 21 -27 Days, after receipt of deposit and confirmation of artwork.
  • Logo: best in illustrator or jpeg format but anything is possible.

Can anyone is the world order from swimming specialists?

Yes Swimming Specialists is a world wide organization that is available to everyone regardless of where they are or who they are so they can enjoy the highest quality and latest technology for less.

Can we have individualized Names placed on the caps?

Yes this service is available but at additional costs so if this is required please place in special requirements box when ordering online or put information in your email to caps@swimmingspecialists.com

Is a deposit required?

Yes 50% of the toally cost needs to be made when the cap is signed off and the remaining 50% paid on delivery.

How long will it take for the caps to be produced?

We normally recommend to customer to order caps 4 -6 week before the date you need them to safe guard against unforeseen circumstances. BUT in most instances caps are produced within 2-3 weeks of sign off and special allowances are possible if caps are exceptionally urgent.

What is the Delivery Charge?

Swimming Specialists imports and exports and delivers good daily so we have partners all over the world to give us the best industry prices for delivery.

Depending on where the caps need to be delivered to can change the mode of transport options and costs. So you will be quoted according to the most cost effective and timely delivery method available at that point in-time.

How are the caps received?

The caps are boxed as a whole but will be individually wrapped for protection and quality insurance.

We can but we need to trial run first. Maybe do some up for 3 favourite clubs ( free) and see how they turn out.
